14 June 2022, Singapore — Bitget, the world’s biggest social and copy trading platform, has announced that registration for the King’s Cup Global Invitational (KCGI) 2022, its biannual global crypto futures trading tournament, has concluded, with 4,754 traders participating.
The KCGI is divided into two categories: Individual Competition and Team Battle, with a prize fund of 200 Bitcoin up for grabs (BTC). Traders can win the Individual Competition based on their cumulative profit or profit-loss ratios.
With extraordinary trading abilities and sharp insights, the winning trader emerged victorious in these two battlegrounds, with a profit of 819,906.47 Tether (USDT) and a profit-loss ratio of 82,689.36 percent, significantly exceeding the runner-up.
In Team Battle, nine teams out of 82 qualified for the 50-BTC prize pool. With a profit of 156,462.77 USDT, a South Korean team took top place, followed by the second and third place finishers with 148,404.21 USDT and 108,194.31 USDT, respectively.
“Thanks to the excitement [of] our participants and fantastic community support, the KCGI tournament has come to a successful conclusion. I’d like to use this occasion to congratulate the winners, as well.
Bitget is delighted to give a platform for seasoned traders to demonstrate their expertise and for new traders to refine their skills as a major global derivatives exchange. “It’s a space for all types of traders to compete as well as learn and improve,” said Gracy Chen, Bitget’s managing director.
“We have seen some exceptional traders in this and previous competitions,” she continued, “and expect that the upcoming competition will draw more participants as crypto becomes a more prominent investment asset.” These kinds of events will encourage greater understanding of crypto investment and enhance the acceptance of crypto-derivatives trading because of the talent and passion of traders.”
